Cozy hotel in a nice enough area right by tons of buses and the cable car and downtown. Even though the bed was small, it was quite comfortable stay.
Its breakfast certainly should be included in the price.

The place is luxurious and fairly clean, everything is amazing, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Rooms with private bathroom as well as both private baths.
